Information for JustUs training attendees – please read carefully before booking onto any training delivered by JustUs
The training will be delivered online through Zoom. You will need adequate IT equipment and internet connection to attend. Although unlikely, in the event of a service failure of Zoom or the trainer’s internet provider your place will be rolled over to the next date you can attend unless you specify that you would like a refund.
There will be an opportunity to check your system’s settings to ensure they are adequate for Zoom prior to the training, usually the day before. The instructions of how to do this will be emailed to you a week or so before the date of the training.
If you do not use this facility and then have problems on the day of the training it may not be possible to rectify them. JustUs will not refund places for this reason but we will roll your place over to the next training date.
The training covers a very large amount of information and we advise that you ensure your setup is comfortable to look at a screen for the duration of the day.
Although attendees do not need to use their webcam for the day, people do tend to get more from it from being able to see you, particularly in the group work.
Training materials will be posted to you in the run up to the training. Some people find it helpful to flick through them to familiarise themselves with the content before the day, but this is not necessary.

In order to administer the training, we will need to process your personal data in terms of name, email address, postal address and any other information you provide. The purpose of us processing your data is to ensure you can access the training, and to let you know about relevant training courses in future.
